Day 14

Today I place unwavering trust in you as I pray with confidence and boldness and partner with your limitless power at work in my life.


Scripture: Ephesians 3:20 "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us." Confidence: Certainty and assurance of one’s relationship with God, a sense of boldness that is dependent on acceptance by God, and a conviction that one’s destiny is secure in God.


Ephesians 3:20 is a verse that invites us to explore the limitless power of God and the incredible blessings that come from trusting in Him. In this teaching, we'll delve into the depths of trusting God and how it enables us to experience His abundant provision. God's Immeasurable Power: The verse begins with a captivating declaration: "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine." This statement highlights the boundless, immeasurable power of God. It tells us that God's ability to provide, bless, and work in our lives far surpasses anything we can ask or even imagine. The Role of Trust: Trusting in God is the conduit through which His power flows into our lives. When we have unwavering trust in His character and promises, we open the door for Him to work in extraordinary ways. Trusting God acknowledges that He knows what's best for us and that His plans exceed our own. Exceeding Expectations: Ephesians 3:20 continues, "according to his power that is at work within us." This reminds us that the same divine power that raised Jesus from the dead resides in us through the Holy Spirit. When we trust God, we allow this incredible power to be active in our lives, resulting in blessings and outcomes that exceed our expectations. The Role of Prayer: While the verse speaks of God's immeasurable power, it also emphasises the role of prayer. It's through our communication with God, through our petitions and supplications, that we align our desires with His will. Trusting Him means believing that our prayers are heard and that He will respond in ways that are best for us. Ephesians 3:20 is a powerful reminder of the remarkable synergy between trust, prayer, and God's immeasurable power. As we trust Him, we invite His extraordinary provision into our lives. We recognize that God is not limited by our human understanding or expectations. He is capable of doing "immeasurably more" than we can fathom. May this verse inspire us to place our unwavering trust in God, to pray with confidence, and to embrace the blessings that come from His limitless power. When we trust in Him, we step into a realm of divine possibilities, where God's provision exceeds our wildest dreams.
